don't need a winebottle. Bucket works, too, and is better for making rennet, anyway.

if you know someone with milk cows or there's some milk laying around, put it in a barrel and take it out. It works for the discovery, too.
If I recall, I had to discover curd to make a cheese tray and then a tray to discover the rack, so that's pretty accurate I'd say. There is no discovery for a curd filled tray.
