Personal Beliefs: Martial + Change
does anyone know how these stack? is it 300% - 20% = 280%? if not then is it 20% of 300% of base learn rate or 300% of (100-20)80% learn rate? :S

The Learning bonus is calculated before the tradition/change is.
So at full change+peaceful: (100+20) X 3 = 360
And at full change+martial: (100-20) X 3 = 240
So at full change+peaceful: (100+20) X 3 = 360
And at full change+martial: (100-20) X 3 = 240
