Timers restting on leather tubs and study materials

Don't put tubs in houses, this is a side effect of the leather bug, and one of the reasons it was fixed IIRC. If it gets unloaded and then reloads, it goes to 92%, that's why when you put it in a cart/wagon/etc and take it out it hits 92%. However... if you put it in a house, it unloads and you come back in, it'll be at 92%, all the same.
