Server issues: New server

From what I noticed, time is "frozen" while server crashes, so when it's up again, game will be at the same point of time as before crash so your silkworms won't die because of hunger

I think he means the crash will push his egg>worm timer back by hours, most likely during the time he wont be able to move them to the cupboards to feed them and they will die after 8hrs (Before he can get back to them).

And I know they don't have time to fix or do anything big, just because they work on salem, and even here I again doubt salem will replace HnH. I just have that feeling...

However, Salem is going to be very similar to HnH, just better, better graphics, more complicated but essentially the same game premise so I don't really see people playing both and I imagine once HnH's following deteriorates enough there will be no need for it to continue?

^Yes that's what I meant, unfortunately at the moment I can't sit in front of my computer 24/7 waiting for the server to reboot. I expect a lot of people are having the same problem with timing things.

where is your crystal ball? u dont know if its rly better. for me it looks like a remake with 3d environment. personally i prefer the old school painted 2d isometric view over that simple looking 3d. if they want to reach a wider playerbase, the game will also become less complex etc. time will tell how it is at release.

but anyway... 6 1/2 hours and more for restarting the server is rly a long time.

Well... i like the current one. I've never thought that 3D=better.

I meant if griefers (or just jokers if you prefer....) might find my half-finished pali before I noticed the server was back up and logged in.
It *would* be scary if they could do it while the server was down.... Almost as scary as those rabbits I saw planning to steal my key and run off with all my carrots.
Luckily I knew what they were up to and ate them all first.
