That would be very nice to see as well. I'm guessing it should be possible, but I got no idea how. Maybe Trav or mvgulik know more about this and if it's doable.MagicManICT wrote:While we're at it, why not a resource viewer that will manage what extras you have and be able to show the comparisons between default?

Could most likely do it with any type of basic coding language.DatOneGuy wrote:That would be very nice to see as well. I'm guessing it should be possible, but I got no idea how. The FEP thing can be calculated on an excel spreadsheet pretty easily. But it wouldn't be able to come up with a max, min or number of food to be eaten to reach a certain level, because food doesn't work like that. What you can do is calculate the probability of reaching a certain level after consuming certain amounts of certain types of food. These probabilities would become more defined if calculated a long time in advance (if you are eating food that gives 30% strength and 70 % con for instance then you might start off randomly getting 5 strength levels to begin with but after gaining 100 levels you should have gained something pretty similar to 30 stength and 70 con) - it does help to plan.

I don't think I really get this one.MagicManICT wrote:While we're at it, why not a resource viewer that will manage what extras you have and be able to show the comparisons between default?
On FEP calculator. Spreadsheet seems ok to me as basic FEP calculator.

What he means is to check .res files, and check your 'new' ones versus 'original' to see what changed, and I guess to also be able to swap stuff out like that or something.
Pretty much an all-in-one resUtil.

Comparing/tracking Res file changes (as files) is not a problem (of course). But a more detailed compare that spits out what has changed in the Res file itself, doable off course, but you need specs of the possible Res file structures/data-parts. (well, at least the parts you like to compare. And I don't have that much information about the Res files.)
*Takes a quick peek at Havenrestool source ... Yep, no comments. lol
I'll give it some thought. (If ... basic (win) tool though, As I'm no Trav or Ender.)
