Just something that crossed my mind. And that might make some mod'ers happy. (or not, ... more work.)
Normal HnH game view (default client) has a light day and dark night. (and as there might be some graphics dynamic recoloring in the future of HnH.)*
Mable it would also be nice to have some way to also allow GUI elements to change there appearance (color, lightnes, etc) in relation to the HnH day/night time.
(obviously optional, as there is no point of doing this when playing in artificial 24h day mode. ... Which also make this somewhat of a trivial(usefulness) feature.)
Anyway ... just a raw idea. (in case its really easy to link it up with some future HnH client/graphics feature.)

Re: Dynamic Gui coloring.

I think it would be cooler if modders would just make it so the user can choose how their gui looks and change it as they wish while ingame. pic above being a example i quickly did i only tied it in with window properties tho which is why some things are still not transparent. I'm sure if someone wanted to they could tie in the time of hnh day to the change in color of the widgets on screen.
same can be done to avatar window borders as well, i personally like the borders of my avatars to represent the color of said kin or if not kinned (red) that way i know who im aggro'd to.
