I want some chicken stew.

chicken meat + water + carrots, needs a cauldron to cook, needs a pot to contain.

Fried chicken.
Tin frying pot + hempseed oil + chicken meat + flour + egg + herbs & spices.

OK, maybe it requires too much new stuff. But still, fried chicken!

yeah we need an oil press. hempseed, grapeseed, and flaxseed are all good oils.
