I forgot my account password.
But the account is written in my e-mail.
I've hit the second time "resert password", but the letters with a new password is not!
Tell me plz what to do.
Besides throwing the game or create a new acc. In this ACC, I had a very good character.
Please help :oops: .

Keep in mind that the password and user name is case sensitive. You should also check the Spam folder to see if your e-mail provider placed it in there.
