I'm not trying to start a fight but when you wrote the code did you give him permission to use it? If so what were the terms of use? Did those terms include giving credit, because if they didn't then he is under no obligation to credit you. Again not trying to start any fight, just curious really.

Re: Game Client modified by Ender
Im getting this error sometimes and it crashes and on the black screen it says like exception in thread "session reader" haven.Session$MessageException: Unknown obj delta type: 253
at haven.session$RWorker.getobjdata<Session.java:304>
at haven.session$RWorker.run<Session.java:462>
I don't know what to do and i cant play without enders, a couple of my villagers are getting this too and they have no clue either.

Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

yes the terms included credit
specifically on this forum and in the source code.
source code credit that I had written in it like countless programmers add (header of file) was removed as well as accompanying licenses file the code falls under.
Ender is claiming by making slight (hardly noticeable) changes that negates the legal rights I have...

I got this to work finally ,took reading through a few pages of stuff, but now when i start my run.bat it leaves the cmd.exe window open is there a way to close it or no?
Edit: Guess i should add what my run.bat has in it.
.\updater\HnH_updater.exe
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe" -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar haven.jar moltke.seatribe.se

You don't want it to close (my opinion, of course). Any errors that get returned will be lost if it is closed. You can try putting "start" at the beginning of the batch line, but that has proven to cause some of the issues. Seems like there's another command to close the window, but for the life of me I can't think of it.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

- Reversed scrolling direction. (Middle-Mouse-Scrolling)
Sometimes the scroll direction reverses its direction. (effects 'center on' with Middle-Mouse-cick to.)
Not to sure on the triggers (generally ignored it), but:
Seems related to multi-client use, Using one of the two last zoom(in) views, And having the client window in default(800x600) resolution. (both clients might need to be zoomed-in.)
- xyb: can be rev-scoll direction on only the X or Y-ax, or Both (Both: usually when menu-bar is up, smaller active scrolling real-estate.)
- jumping: screen flips constantly between two different view position.
Little behavior scan on available camera mode's:
The Borderizer (flip:xyb)
The Fixator (flip:xyb)
Freestyle (flip:xyb),(jumping screen)
King's Quest (flip:-NA-),(jumping screen)
The Original (flip:-NA-),(jumping screen)
Pan-O-Rama (flip:xyb)
The Predictor (flip:NOPE)
The Target Seeker (flip:xyb),(jumping screen)

unable to access jarfile haven.jar
I got the client recently from a friend, never been able to launch it.
My comp is 32bit and I have both 32bit and 64bit java (an error I had a while back with my comp and java told me that to fix it I'd need to install both).
I'm trying to run the 32bit version of the client but always come up with the same error: unable to access jarfile haven.jar
I've tried doing the thousands of modifications to the run.bat file like mentioned in the thousands of threads, but nothing.
Here is what my run.bat looks like:
The haven.jar file is there, a few files above the run.bat file. Help?

Remove the extra space after 'D:' and remove the word start
great, now it seems to be doin something, but not running the game( runs as normal, but when triying to open the game it crashes, the bat thing that is), found out in the flowchart about "pause" and it seems like
"The system cannot find the path specified"
this as nothing to do whit me using 2 Internal Hardrives, nor something whit the 64 bit version, right ?
Edit, new run after what phades saidCode: Select all
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\javaw.exe" -Djava.library.path="D:\Games\H&H\Ender-64" -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar haven.jar moltke.seatribe.se -r ./res
