I'm looking for access to QL 60+ clay.
Who ever can offer the highest QL clay, will be given protection from Chernobyl which is the goon town made by the same people as Goonheim.
This will give you protection from any violence or theft from Chernobyl.
I will only offer this to one organization, town or person.
Otherwise I guess we'll just be forced to steal your clay.

Hmm, are you sure you can keep that promise? I don't doubt your word, but I doubt your ability to keep tabs of what all the goons are doing.
Anyway, where would this hypothetical clayspot have to be? I'm looking for some good clay myself, and if I find it I see no harm in sharing.

So, since you are not making the external policy of other settlements, I take it that the other settlements are not under your protection? If that's not the case, your offer isn't worth very much.
