The fact is we gave you some stuff, thinking you would be playing for the village for a bit.

And yes. The fact that you kept pearls, while doing almost nothing in the village (other than leeching curios and food) was also too much selfish for us.
And last thing, we talked to you when you left, we had an agreement, you came back into the village, and left the day right after. Without reason.

Oh and it seems, your "bear" is a man.
Apparently he accepted you as a village member, but you've stolen stuff from the village. So he killed you.
