Can not connect to server

I have tried; reinstalling java, launching from 32bit ender files, and the cc launcher. The server says it is up- what am I missing?

It would help if you told us what the errors actually were.

After typing in user name and password the error "can not connect to server" displays.

Checked "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe" -Xms256m -Xmx512m -jar haven.jar moltke.seatribe.se

and disabled firewall, still no luck.
