@Nao Sorry for breaking into your conversation, but what "treaties" did you refer to? Have you made some treaties with Portgas? Because if you, by any chance, refer to the treaties I made with Burgi, then first - those treaties doesn't have anything to do with Portgas and co, and second - your side already broken them long time ago.
Also, you should invite Bell when you will raid Portgas next time
