He could have said "Go drown yourself and then don't buy swimming every again."

The devs do not intervene in much of anything other than things like characters are literally unable to get out of a location such as when the server hard drives crashed and players were stuck in limbo and other situations like that.

Also don't forget if your boat is smashed and u make it to shore, swimming is turned on.. Just doesn't show the icon....
