If you hold ctrl or shift+ctrl while rolling the mouse wheel, you can put item in/out of your inventory/into a container in order of ascending/descending quality, making seed-sorting easy!jordancoles wrote:*While using enders client*
By holding down shift and turning the mouse scroll wheel you can put items in or out of your inventory into or out of things like, cupboards, signposts, etc.

Eh, never seen a bear in-game. Lucky me?
Automatic seed-sorting? Do it yourself, lazyboy!
jk
btw, there was actually a boar camping behind a tree. He knocked me out and then ran back to the same tree. Advanced AI?

It does work on ender's though... Have you tested it out?jordancoles wrote:rozn wrote:If you are afk and open a cupboard it will count toward your personal belief timer.
This only applies with the standard client. I'm not adding it to the OP simply because 99% of the time it doesn't matter with enders and the like... If a new player needs to resort to this it'd be far better to just link them to enders

Enders doesn't put you into AFK mode so it makes no difference

no, saves the water, the fuel disappears.

Ctrl+scroll wheel works in all clients. Shift+scroll only works in Ender's (just thought I'd put that out there). Also, make sure to tell people that they have to point at the target container. I kept trying and trying to figure this out until I tripped over that little factoid. Also, having more than two containers open at once can be confusing as to which containers will get used. The mentory counts as one of the containers, so it's possible to scroll everything out of your mentory.dagrimreefah wrote:If you hold ctrl or shift+ctrl while rolling the mouse wheel, you can put item in/out of your inventory/into a container in order of ascending/descending quality, making seed-sorting easy!jordancoles wrote:*While using enders client*

Well, the devs made the client code open source for a reason. People were "cheating" by modifying the client anyway, but since it wasn't open, only a handful of people had access to these modded clients. Dig up some of Jorb and Loftar's old posts on this before you consider it "cheating." It might not be in the spirit of the concept, but it's certainly not cheating.knightgabe13 wrote: I don't use Enders client simply because I consider it cheating. Hope I didn't make anyone mad...

Always be paranoid, always expect an attack, always be ready. Good tip to survive if someone attacks you randomly.
