Good to chase others this way too.MagicManICT wrote:When trying to move long distances quickly, click as little and as far away as possible. The more often you give a move destination, the more likely you are to rubber-band back to an earlier position. This will prove helpful when trying to chase down animals you're trying to kill or when trying to flee a fight.

Certainly, in taking revenge, a man is but even with his enemy; but in passing it over, he is superior; for it is a prince’s part to pardon. - A wise friend.

I think there could be a whole subsection dedicated just to the Do's and Do Not's of combat and chases. Just the little things that might not be quite obvious to new players without giving away anyone's combat strategies, but might improve their survivability.

Gotta be careful with that, or once they notice your manually following they might turn around and smack you one

Nice tips!
My tip(meh..) : Go for yeomanry before a house. You're items will be stolen if you have a house and not yeomanry first. House icon appears... remember?

Better tip: Just put your HF in front of your house. You'll need to hold shift when placing it because a small section of the tile in front of the door won't allow objects to be placed there. Figure it as one measure of several a person should take to protect property along with a wall and personal or village claim.stevefox74 wrote:Nice tips!

Expanding on that. Place it inside your house, holding shift to place it directly in front of the door, so that whoever enters has to hearth travel to get back out.MagicManICT wrote:Better tip: Just put your HF in front of your house.
