Make sure to wear some leather gears so you can take one hit when, not if, something goes wrong.

well, that only works if you have a boat or smilar safe hideout (cabin on a heath, cave) is close. if not herds are really realldy dangerous and deadly: only the 1st animal (the one that knocks you out) will lose aggro, while the rest of the herd will rape you

The first doesn't always drop aggression but may still attack you even when down.Grog wrote:well, that only works if you have a boat or smilar safe hideout (cabin on a heath, cave) is close. if not herds are really realldy dangerous and deadly: only the 1st animal (the one that knocks you out) will lose aggro, while the rest of the herd will rape you
Before world 4 this was less hazardous as although the consequential herd member does not drop aggression, they will still wait for you to get up before attacking thus causing you to only lose a 1 of HHP instead of getting murdered outright.

I am fairly certain Patchouli is right in both cases here.

I am not so eager to pull aurochsen's hair when not combat ready either.
