Illegal hf blocked?

Hi
I would like to report a misdemeanor. I noticed hf illegally blocked by crossroads. How well I remember do not completely block access crossroads, which can't be destroyed. I'm glad if J&L can make something with it.

I also ask to people, that there's some griefers camp. They're walking in this area and kill everyone for nothing. For example, some of my villagers have been killed by those guys. I know it's not illegal, but maybe someone can make something with it? ;]

If that hearthfire in particular has a sumnoable scent pointing to it.. Crossorads won't stop you from summoning the perp.

You can force summon them with the scents and shoot at them from a range til they're dead. You can force summon them and if you're lucky you can get close and punch them to death. You can also ram the CRs.

Did CR can be destroyed by ram? I thought it can't be destroyed even by ram...

Crossroad can be rammed but it is not necessary to do so. You can still kill the perpetrator with a range weapon providing you can exceed the total armor of the the criminal.

Also, judging from the situation, the perpetrator is either the lawspeaker or the chief. It is a far shot but after killing him/her, if it is the only villager of the village and you have lawspeaking, you can take the village from them.

i highly doubt that someone would go to the trouble of building all those crs only to put their hf in the ring, perhaps the hf is underground or in another location?
edit: ive tracked to here before, clay looks like 50~ peak
