No hearth fire

Post by Adrahil »

What reasons are there for the following to come up when I try to port to my hearth fire: 'You do not have a hearth fire'.
(also have no idea where it was because i had to go somewhere in the wilderness to even log in)

The reasons would be that you do not have a hearth fire.

It was likely destroyed. You can easily make a new one.

It was destroyed.
If you can't log on where you were originally at, most likely a camp, or small village then you're screwed till they get a village idol up.
Or you can boat to their location.

Sigh I'll just have to wander around until I find more things, just as well I haven't accomplished much yet, and thanks for the answers

People could easily build impenetrable walls this way.

If you're not able to secure your HF then it's subject to destruction just like everything else you have claim over.
