Definately sounds like an alpha tester. I wasnt talking about playing and learning. I was talking about fast start which won't be equal for everybody who logs on in the first day of public beta/launch. These who attended private tests will be overpowered for the first couple of weeks and will achieve way more than other players could ahieve in a month or more which is unbalanced. Well...those who have honor and ain't gonna lick any asses for pixels, either fuck it or get your cash ready..since economy WILL be ruined in the first day, at leas we could try stay on the same wave with other buttlicks who will attend private beta. Donation perhaps will allow us to be equal with those of overpowered starting knowdledge, however we will barely know the mechanics, except these of HnH...say it aint so????????TeckXKnight wrote: Ya, this is just plain untrue. Sorry you couldn't have found it sooner but the fact of the matter is that if you play you'll learn and get better. If you keep playing it doesn't take long for you to catch up with 95% of the player base. The game is pretty much all around based on exponents and square roots. Imagine everyone's growth based on a square root function and you have a pretty good idea of why you can catch up.

Re: Game Development: Salem & Haven
Objectively false. Private testing for Haven occurred in phases. The devs went silent for half a year after testing concluded; when the system was finally released, all previous information was outdated and everyone was on the same footing. Also this is irrelevant seeing as the final phase of testing for Salem will be open.badkarma wrote:Definately sounds like an alpha tester. I wasnt talking about playing and learning. Yes, badkarma, so pretty much you are complaining that you will be at a disadvantage during a beta.Jackard wrote: . . . the final phase of testing for Salem will be open.

Hey cupcakes..how many years do you practise asslicking? No offence..I mean, its just so unsual for somebody to become a forum mod..theres definately something behind that. Good luck being early testers and being really powerful when the game is released

Potjeh and Jackard are routinely some of the least powerful people in the game.badkarma wrote:Hey cupcakes..how many years do you practise asslicking? I think it's safe to say that the majority of alpha testers will be coming back to haven when development starts on it again. Also: Bye bye fucknuts.

You do relize that that press release is from February of this year right? I.E., almost a year ago?
