Yes, Bob, the thread was going for the big splash joke early in this posting history to try and bring in the love and respect but they might have bitten off more than they could chew. To use an old Canadian expression: That moose will not hunt, eh.
Bob, the early scores are in, and it does not look good for DaniAngione the young poster from [redacted] who is striving to leave his/her/it's mark here on the Inn of Brodgar page.
I think they'll need a high mark from the final judge, Mike. Unfortunately, the East German scores this thread a 1.25 and that will take them out of the medal round. Too bad.

I am from West Germany (and we don't say that anymore ^^) and I thought it was an ok thread. Usuallya "blabla while server down" thread would have been locked already. My wife is from Heilbronn which is on the Neckar River south of Stuttgart.
Fun side fact: her twin sister and her husband and their best friends were on that cruise ship that tilted over off the coast of Giglio. They are all safe, but that has been the topic of conversation in my house for the past week.
