Server issues: New server

NOTE: Who wants to discuss how we can get players on WORLD 7 to turn the entire map into a beautiful city (organized, well planned out, efficient, shared resources for all) and still preserve the wildlife to look as natural as possible???

NEW GOALS:

1. Everyone stop killing players.
2. Everyone work together to help others.
3. Everyone finds at least 19 other players wandering around to form smurf villages.
4. Every village of 20 players selects a humble, caring, respectable, diplomatic leader.
5. Diplomatic leaders meet up in the center of sandbox game map to discuss how to create a collaborative, sharing, social city of all players.
6. All players determine proper laws and rules to benefit all players. If rules are broken: player is NOT killed but instead BRICK WALL ed into a 4X 4 square in the city somewhere until a "natural" death occurs.
7. All players can now focus on developing specific skills (hunter, forager, miner, etc. that they would so desire to help the city.)

What is the point of developing said skills if everyone is just nice and gets along and wants to hug one another?

Try playing a game called "A Tale in the Desert". It's actually exactly what you're describing.

Yeah, right.... The players can often come together and cooperate on a lot of things, but they fight each other over so many other things, too. At least the griefing is more "civilized" there.

Now, correct me if im wrong, but doesnt your forum account get made when your game account does, if so, that is a huge hole in your logic, if not, sorry for disagreeing with you.

You can't know when someone actually started playing. You just have to observe what they post to figure out if they actually know anything about the game. (I started playing a couple of months before I finally signed up for the forums.)

Same here, I didn't start posting here until recently and I had signed up during world 5. Most people just want to play for the sake of playing and ignore the forums all together until they come into a bind, or if the server crashes and are bored out of their minds (like I am.)
