Chat lag bug abuse

So we were hanging around Odditown, and were shooting at their newbs when all of a sudden they have an alt come out and talk to us in gibberish and crash us.
It seems there is no limit to the area chat and it tends to crash anyone in the vicinity.
Please fix.
