As long as you have a hearthfire, under no conditions (except for being in combat) can you not travel to hearthfire.

The loss of time spent traveling is a shame but you're probably better off going to your hearthfire and restarting that trip instead of waiting around for the small possibility someone will come by wanting to help a poor soul. It's your decision, but staying there waiting is time wasted.

Now that you've posted coordinates I'll give you 10 to 1 that someone is on their way to kill and rob you. GL :)

Unless you plan on paying whoever comes to rescue you, I don't see that happening anytime soon. If you're traveling long distances like that, you should learn to set a new hearthfire whenever you come across a dream catcher. It takes literally 15 seconds and should you ever have to return to it for whatever reason, you won't lose too much time.

You don't have many options, bro.

Anyway, the guy somewhere above is right. You're gonna waste more time waiting that some superhero will come and save you.
Edit: Oh and... Where did you ACTUALLY say how much tiles you traveled?
