how do i wear a Hirdsman's Cape

i dont know what "Hird" means but you have to get it to wear it...any ideas on how to wear it would help alot

You can't tell Phinix to use the wiki. He "wonted a players apinyen, not a websites opinyen."

In order to use a hirdsmen cape you have to become a hirdsmen.
The hirdsmen are appointed by the chieftan of a village.
The chieftan of a village is appointed by the law speaker. The creator of the village. You must have 25 charisma to become the cheiftan of a village.
In order to become a lawspeaker you must first purchase the skill Lawspeaking and have 25 charisma.
A quick way to get 25 charisma is to drink a bottle of wine. It will give you a 15 cha boost.

As far as I know the Cheiftan can only appoint two hirdsmen, however I think they are pretty useless In my opinion.
If you are really looking for a cool cape to wear you can start a half-mashed sericulture farm and just make a silk cloth for a Rangers cape. You can become robin hood.
