and you remember what i quoted first? people tend to ignore that elementary knowledge and believe democracy is perfect when it is just one of the tools that can do both good and evil.

i have. its just the way you had it with lowercast "e" first which gave me a different impression, and that we use that word very differently in buddhism. its pretty hard for me to link that said philosophy + "the New World" age, to that word, especially when i have been reading books like "the crucibles" and "the scarlet letter" that i got recommended.

Where did you pull the notion that anything I have said has the slightest thing to do with your post count?

Then why does American have one of the largest prison populations per capita in the world? Did you know that our current "Justice System" is a complete violation of the Constitution as drafted? Are you aware that every courtroom in American now serves under Maritime Law, which is only allowed for during a state of Martial Law? (Ever wonder what that gold trim around the flag was for?)

Now, do a bit of and come back and tell us if these things are true or not.

First off, that is a bit of a misnomer since the U.S. judicial system doesn't just maim or execute anyone convicted of a crime. We have an appeals process that is convoluted as hell designed to try and keep innocent people from being wrongly incarcerated. Also, we have much more stringent drug laws than do other countries (which I will be the first to agree is stupid) and that causes a problem with population as well since most prisoners are in for 3-8 month stretches due to narcotics/trafficking penalties. Then you have the fact that you dirty illegal foreigners come into our country and abuse our privileges and commit crimes so we have to put you somewhere where you'll be reminded of home: a federal buttrape penitentiary. And finally, freedom breeds contempt for the law and most Americans are dumb as rocks, can't find jobs and take the easiest way thereby leading to crime.

We could still kick the shit out of your country and its jalapeno huts 5 days a week because this is how we fight crime in America:



EDIT: It occurs to me that you may be American and thus I retract my dirty foreigner comment from you personally but it still applies to 95% of this forum. However, I still think we should ship you to Iran and let you see how a truly broken judicial system works so you can appreciate how easy we have it.
