Haven Error! HELP!!!

Post by random_awesomeness »

Hello,
I'm a beginner to this game and i haven't played it yet. Every time i press the play button, i download the game... but then once the game starts it closes automatically!! I've searched this problem to see if anyone else has had the same trouble, but no such luck. I have an updated version of java and stuff, but it still closes automatically! please help!!

Is Java spitting out any error codes? If so, post them. Make sure to copy it into a code block so we don't get a huge wall o' text. ('Code' button above the text entry. Paste between the [] [] that appear.)

select the error window, press Ctrl + 'a' to select all, then Ctrl + 'c' to copy to clipboard

Best guess here is that you have an anti-virus program or firewall running that is stopping Java from connecting from the server. Check anything you might have running and make sure to allow Java apps.
