when i first started an i get overstuffed like %6-8 accidentally. i would have to lift and carry something for like 10-15 mins to delete it. but now when im %8 overstuffed it goes normal in like 20-30 sec! why?

you get hungry by restoring stamina that you lose for doing stuff.

yes when i carry and drop it automatically swaps to highest running speed?

no, you can rightclick a speed with the enders client to go at that speed whenever possible.

the best and easiest way of drain and restore stamina is plow near a river, and drink from it.

thats a quick way to die. plow INSIDE (yes, you can plow in a house) and have a few buckets along with a flask. prefered to also have a wall around that house.
