No, he is not. Also that is kinda hard to moderate. Deciding which is a simple question and which isn't. If all "simple" questions were being posted in said thread someone would come along and argue that people are spamming that thread and ask them to please post seperate topics.

Return to this topic, I don't think paved grounds can turn into grassland in the first place.
