I love good baked goods also. I certainly hope your new guy is feeding your cows better than Q4 carrots. Never good to get less than base Q. At least bears on the menu.

If by chance I ever come across you Ill share a few carrots that are certainly better than Q4.

It happens to me now and then as well. It's like the oven glitches. Also double heck fuel bar before adding any. Sometimes we forget we have some in or maybe someone else added some.

might have been the crash screwing things up, messing with the ticks, either way, yaaay ash XD

Here's what happened. You put the dough in. You left em in there for more than 5 minutes before lighting the oven. Ticks start accumulating the moment you put the dough in the oven, not the moment you light it. The only tick that requires a lit oven is the final tick.

To avoid this problem in the future, leave your dough in the oven for long enough to accumulate a few ticks,
then use only one branch to fuel it and light it.

Same strategy works for kilns, smelters, finery forges, etc... you just never noticed because those things don't turn to ash.

Heh. I'm not worried. We all gotta die sooner or later, might as well help each other get there. Had a couple of people snooping around our newbie's farm, hiding behind the walls and whatnot (lol Ender's.) Gonna hang around there today and make sure they aren't trying to break in with a preemptive stone to the head.
