I've collected branches from a tree, but when I try to make a fire I get the message "The construction site has no available building material"
I then tried putting the branches on the ground (5 of them) where i was going to build the fire but I still get the same message. Help would be very much appreciated!

Jackards "welcome to Haven and Hearth" is, IMHO, a must-read. I have no idea why it has not replaced the clearly out-dated "how-to" link.

ive tried using the wiki but honestly... its ugly, incomplete and inconsistently updated
and rumors even had it that some of the information on there was deliberately misleading so that veteran players might retain an edge

Hate to bring up an old topic but the answer given didn't help at all. I click adventure, I click build fire. I get the same error message. I try dropping all my branches on the ground, no help. I keep them in my inventory, no help. I get 7 branches instead of 5, still get the "construction site has no available building material". I know I have the material, I can see it right there in my inventory, 5 branches ready to be lit, what am I missing?
