Hunger stuck at 6% overstuff

My hunger bar is stuck at 6% overstuff for the past day... I was online, playing and all but it won,t go back to normal. Am I the only one?

Ps Sorry for any english mistakes

Have you actually been spending any stamina? Hunger doesn't go down on it's own, only from refilling stamina or HP. Try pulling a stump or using No Pain No Gain on a frog or a rat.

Try just plowing land with or without a plow.
