Sorry Ewlol, judging from the qoute it looked like he was stating Fallout lives in Ainran - and it looks like TonkyHonk thinks was the case as well. - I apologize to you as well Burgingham if that is the case.

And Gunnar, yes, it has to do with 1000UA and some attributes to compliment it well :)
