Food Fix

I've come to notice a problem with completed food that should be fixed. If a character with lower cooking goes to a cheese rack or an oven and looks at the items there they are higher quality. When you remove them however they drop in quality. I can understand incomplete food dropping but completed food simply because your the one to remove it from and oven or cheese rack? I mean its already done.

Is this merely an oversight or an actual balance solution?

What? I've removed Q90 cheese from trays and Q100 doughes from ovens with 10 statted characters with no drop in quality.

Yes I was a bit frustrated when the cheese dropped 5 points in quality from rack to inventory.
