game will not open

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, I'm very sorry if it is not!

I downloaded the game from the "play" button, but when i try to open it, it crashes. I lets me type in my password and such and then just says "haven error!". clicking details results in a biiiiig wall of text that i dont understand i can copy-paste it if you wanna look at it. but its reeeally long.

Any ideas whats up?
Anything you'd like me to do?
is there something really obvious that i missed, because im dumb?

No its nothing your doing wrong, something in the coding of the game or something has gone to crap and if you read a bunch of the other posts, ull notice a whole bunch of people are experiencing this problem. Including myself For some dumb reason around 400 people are still able to play the game while the rest of us have to just sit around and wait for the game makers to decide to fix it -.- Lame, I know.

Im having this issue as well, which is really frigging annoying as i was looking forward to this game anyone have any idea if they'll fix it soon

Just registered and i get this error too.
also i try to log in after getting it and get "already logged in" as a response.
Might come back and try later, but this isn't a good way to start.
