I have been raided. I would like to move to the peacegrid. But I can't really get there. I can destroy my hearthfire so there are no restrictions on traveling to a village.
I have boats with my stuff. Is there a way someone can oath me to their village? Preferably near the Market?

I can destroy my own HF. I only need to oath to a village so I can go to the Peace SG.
