Mini-feature: Stone Mansion

The previous Inn of Brodgar is now buildable under the name of "Stone Mansion". It has 8x8 tiles of floor space, two floors, and the cellar space of wet dreams (though you'll need to dig out 48 cellar stones to get it). It costs 300 stones, 600 straw, 50 wood blocks, 25 boards and 5 bars of metal to build.
