What is your favourite food?

I am too simple a creature for this thread but I shall try.

Clam Chowder. I love the hell out of Clam Chowder. Season it with some freshly ground black pepper, a little sea salt and oh so good. Nothing compares except maybe a blue rare steak with a side of mashed garlic potatoes <3


Or a potato and peas curry... well hell now I can't decide.

1st place: iskender, it's turkish. Tomato saus with meat and bread beneath it and some yoghurt next to it.




2nd place: pizza margarita

"steak." a california favorite, tri-tip:

coat in olive oil; add salt, pepper, garlic salt;
throw on the charcoal grill for 45mins-1 hour; add bbq sauce at the end (or not.)
simple and delicious. a minute to learn but a lifetime to master
