i'm trying to dig for clay, but i only could get 1 acre clay and 1 ball of clay, i keep diging everywhere in the sallow water and in the mudflat but can't get more clay for some reason, is a % to get a clar? or i just can carry one? i need any kind of shavel or somehting? if yes, how can i get one?

when you only get one piece of clay there is no node which contains more clay...

Most clay you'll find is q10 clay, which means you'll only get one piece, You have to find a higher quality clay node. The higher the quality clay you find, the more clay you can continuously dig. Keep in mind though that as you dig, the clay node will go down in quality and will stop giving you clay once it reaches >q10. Clay nodes do recover quality though, so you can just wait a day and then continue digging again.

So I'm making an alt for gathering river mussels.

The wiki says you normally see them at 760 Per*Exp.

I'm sure other people have done what I'm trying to do, so a few questions.

1. What is a good amount of Per*Exp to make this character somewhat efficient at gathering mussels?

2. Do you generally find more mussels around lakes? if so would setting my alts HF near one be a good idea?

3. Does a shovel make gathering mussels faster?

I've screwed up my first palisade, so I've built a battering ram and tried to demolish it with the aid of my alt which has 10 strength (I have 16 on my own). Wiki says that should be enough, but I just run out of stamina all the time without being able to do any damage to the cornerpost. What would you suggest guys?
