Well, i would prefer not to eat them(Charisma is one of my highest stats, so i can't afford to take another point).Anyway, judging from the formula, 13 of them should give 7 FEPs and 5 of them should give 8 FEPs.
(quality 24 and 25 should give 7 FEPs, quality 26 should give 8 FEPs)

Updated. Anyway, i'm starting to produce better foods (i've found good water to use for my dishes).
