Second guy wasn't screened since he decided to drown himself. He had both more UA and Agility then the guy he was fighting (1v1) yet still turn tail and ran after he charged twice... :/

What? It's impossible to build an illegal vault on an island because of water paving.

I thought that(water paving) was done away with.
