Well the moderators are smart This maybe like the death of world 5 or something but sadly its a 50/50 chance Im actually hoping for world 7 every time I make a Test Character it ends up with a ruined village 2 inches away personaly I like spawing next to active villages but not when its all a piece of poo
I would personally like W7 because I joined far into the game and never got that beginner, fresh world experience. But I do dislike that all of my effort for the past few weeks would all be for nothing.
Your not going to like the begining of worlds, i've said it many times before. its a land rush for the highest quality reasrouces and if your not apart of a big group looking to compete politicaly then you have no business trying to hermit on a good spot, you'll be killed. and durring this phase of extreme exploration by large groups of people your far more likely to be killed as there wont be many extablished rangers to discourage murder, then soon after that comes a raiding phase where the big groups with their moderate quality items go off and rape and pillage everyone else around them. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZNxbAMnL6Mc

finnaly after that, the major powers will have extablished themselfs and war with eachother, letting hermits and smaller allied villages exsist.

I personally don't care about quality, I just don't want to get lynched or bothered by some wandering raider or settle on empty land so that it takes me an hour to find a tree to drag back. I'd settle in bumblefuck nowhere to reduce my chances of being found. The game is, after all, very large and difficult to navigate.

LOL that video looks like what i would do to get to my precious peice of land. Dude I am a traitor of the dark brotherhood I murder about 20 Militiamen and survived the rest I can survive a bloodbath of a bunch of noobs charging me with a stone axe I already have a team of 15 or so what else do I need to kill a stone axe der:P
when salems out for all to play. im guessing most of the hnh ppl will witch to playing that. and i cant wait. cuz thats the day ill be able to be a true solo player.

Thats exactly what happens, you'll run off into the world for hours thinking your getting away from people, find a place to live. start building, people will find you becuase they'll be looking everywhere for reasrources, depending on how your place looks they might think your new or maybe you built here becuase somethings nearby and start sampleing around trying to understand why you chose that spot. regardless they'll have your location and when they have theift they'll be back looking for things to take and they wont stop, you might as well try to stay mobile with a boat and afew boxes untill you can build a pallisade and make that first, then build inside.

I haven't gotten access to beta so I dunno about me playing it, doesn't seem that exciting to me, I will stick to HnH, the less people I have to worry about the better though.
