Does anyone know the formula for determining the quality of a B12?

There is a thread from February about it, however people say it's smithing, strength, sewing, dex, pys... I don't suppose at this point in time anybody has tested it out more and knows exactly what it is?

Resurrecting the old thread to try and get answers wouldn't be a bad thing. Necroing a thread is only frowned on around here when there really wasn't a purpose to the post. It's just hard to do research on something when it's so freakin' expensive to make one.

Yes, being banned on the forums does not stop you from playing the game at all.

My main character was recently killed and my learning percentage was over 300%, I got this by moving the personal belief meter. Now that I have created a new character, the personal belief meters are all in the same spot as my dead character.... My question is how do I get back to the high learning %, do I just need to move them in opposite directions now?

When did palisade gates get changed from having to have 2 paved tiles in front and in back of the gate, to not needing those extra tiles?

Your change slider is not full, in order to get the full 360% learning ability you need both full peaceful and full change, when you reincarnate you do not inherit the change slider, but you do inherit everything else.

I saw some vaults on the mountains. they are lonely houses with village/personal claims, heavily walled and without farms or industries.
My question is why they build a layer of statues or banners along their walls, is there some special advantages for building these statues or banners?

As long as the village has above 50k authority, those banners and statues are un-breakable. Making them perfect for keeping people from killing you in the safety of your vault.
