This sort of feature is really needed.
The LS of a village should know exactly who is in their village, either by names popping up in the kin list when the Chieftain oaths someone, or even better as suggested in the OP villagers oathed should be viewable from a menu accessed by the village idol.

There should also be an option to exile from that list if you're viewing it as LS.
