Normal Claims With Authority

How about giving Normal Claims Authority or atleast add decaying damage to them so I can steal my neighbors things... Hes been Offline for atleast 5 months....

I like the idea of claim decay, as abandoned claims are a pain and I don't want to leave scents

Have you any idea what the Devs are currently doing and why there's not much 'updating' in regards to Haven and Hearth?
