I've noticed that more and more people tend to degrade they way they talk to this "ermahgerd" type style. I've also noticed it's rather annoying. So I'm going to annoy myself more and revel in the funny/stupid shit people come up with on this translator. Lol.

Here is the translaion to what I just said: 'ERV NERTERCERD THERT MAHR ERND MAHR PERPL TERND TER DERGRERD DEY WER DEY TERLK TER THERS "ERMAHGERD" TERP STERL. ERV ERLS NERTERCERD ERTS RERTHER ERNIN. SER ERM GIN TER ERNER MAHSERLF MAHR ERND RERVERL ERN DA FERNER ERND STERPED SHERT PERPL CERM ERP WERTH ERN THERS TRERNSLERTER LERL.'

I had to change funny/stupid to funny and stupid because it didn't recognize any puncuation other then a period and quotation marks. Lol.

I feel old and out of touch with the internet. Memes such as the ERHMERGERD, chicken nuggets, and swathes of other highly popular sayings and fads are just flat out retarded in my opinion. They weren't funny to begin with and they still aren't funny. My biggest qualms at the moment are tumblr speak and 4chan's latest abbreviation ISHYGDDT. Those are the dredges of meme fuckups.

I think that forums such as /b/ are just willing to be mean enough to tell you that shit is not funny and annoying. On reddit, if you try to say anything unsupportive, you will be down voted and reviled.

I tend to avoid these sites for a reason. With the internet now becoming a "social thing" to my generation, I feel we've become dumber as a generation. I don't know how it is for anyone whose already been through their early years of life and how they felt about their peers, but for me right now, it feels like everyone my age is a moron.
