Is it possible to make my stamina last longer while swimming because I do not even last 5 seconds in deep water?

With more con you reduce how much stamina you lose when swimming. There is no way to get more stamina, just ways to make what con you have last longer.

Raising your constitution stat reduces the stamina you lose while swimming. Raising your constitution from eating con foods and increasing your barbarism personal belief is the only way.

Before you go out into the water to swim you can right click on a waterskin/flask that is filled with water and wait until your stamina gets low and then click drink to last longer out in the water.

If you have two waterskins/flasks you can lower your stamina to about 50%, click towards the opposite side of the river, start drinking one flask before you enter the water and hold the drink menu out on the other flask as said above and drink once: your stamina hits 100%, stops the first flask you were drinking and then your stamina gets low again for even further water wading.
