Nope, the nature/industry slider's influence on ore is only relevant during the mining, past that it doesn't matter who fuels the smelter, who puts in the ore or who lights the smelter.

So smelting is influenced by the toon that places the ore inside the smelter?, that is news for me, I was so sure it only mattered the toon that mined > live and learn.

Im using a full nature toon for farming, and another full industry toon for mining/foraging. This question is to start working on a toon used only for crafting.

It isn't influenced by the player who places the ore in the smelter, it's influenced by the player who mined the ore. For how the beliefs should be set up, it just matters what you plan on crafting. Generally focusing the farmer's beliefs and stats on crafting works, but just leave any metalworking to the miner (nature/industry slider is also relevant when crafting bloom into wrought).

How much so? I still seem to be failing on my full industry miner/smith fairly frequently to turn bloom into Wrought.

At a neutral slider there's a 33% chance of turning bloom into wrought. Going full industry bumps that up to a 67% chance, and full nature turns it into a 0% chance.

it IS only the toon that mined it that counts

Strength, Smithing, Smith Hammer quality, Anvil quality, and Material quality.

Also on enders client, the hotbars besides the normal number one is gone, the f1-f12 and the num pad one, How would i go about getting them back.

I probably drug them off the window or something.
