I have been wondering about this, maybe an experienced player can say if this is possible, please?:

1.- Make a village idol and build a crossroad.
2.- Use a second toon placing in its back pack materiales for another crossroad and exile it so it goes out.
3.- When it is outside make it village chieftain so it build a xroad and take a sign from it.
4.- Let it travel inside and place the sign.

Im guessing the toon can come inside using the HF, to be able to start with this.

You mean can you make a village, send an alt to another village and make it chieftain of that village and then make a cr there, pick up the village sign and then port back to the original village to place it there in order to port to the other village? If that's the case then yes, you can do that

LS can make any villager chief - chief can build CR on village ground - so you go out of Palli /BW - make a CR on Vclaim, connect ( grab a sign), go back inside Palli / BW and connect to existing sign CR there: yes

for TPing out of Palli / BW without key...
