Re: Disconnection Issues
Just following up, The disconnection issue is not resolved and occurs even if the connection is wired to the router.ListenPal wrote:No the connection is via WiFi.borka wrote:cable connection to router or WLAN/WiFi ?!?

Edit: even bypassing the router and connection directly through the modem still does not resolve the issue

Try pinging for a bit. See if there's packetloss that might cause disconnection. Think the server address is moltke.seatribe.se

Re: Disconnection Issues
Hey thanks for the response, I got her to ping the server, and there was no packet loss out of three tries.Grable wrote:Try pinging for a bit. See if there's packetloss that might cause disconnection. Think the server address is moltke.seatribe.se
Using CMD, there were 24 hops in total, where 6-9 state 'request timed out' However the she is still able to route to the server.borka wrote:in CMD windows is prolly better than a pingCode: Select all

Also the firewall was disabled to try and pinpoint what is causing the dc issue. =D

I have attached the image you requested. Though the time outs have gotten worse apparently.
